Building Better Conversations: Why We’ve Introduced an Internal Company Forum
As a firm, we are constantly evolving. The way we work, the systems we use and the processes we rely on are developing all the time, and that evolution is essential if we want to continue delivering a high-quality, modern legal service. With change, however, comes the need for clear, open and consistent communication.
That is why we have introduced an internal company forum, a central space designed to support collaboration, conversation and shared understanding across the firm.
As we implement new systems and processes, it is vital that colleagues have somewhere they can go to ask questions, share feedback and stay informed. Email alone does not always support meaningful discussion, and information can easily become fragmented or lost. We needed a single, visible place where everyone could be part of the conversation.
Our internal forum works in a familiar, ‘social media’-style format, allowing colleagues to post updates, comment on discussions and respond to questions in real time. This creates a more open, two-way flow of communication, where ideas and feedback are not only welcomed but encouraged.
This platform is about more than just sharing information — it is about creating clarity. When changes are introduced, colleagues can see the full conversation around them, understand the reasoning behind decisions and learn from the questions others are asking.
