Natalie has been in conveyancing for 25 years and originally founded Aconveyancing. She still carries a caseload but is also instrumental in industry working groups while also responsible to innovation of the firm’s processes and practices.

Anne - Marie started her career in conveyancing as an assistant, qualified as a licenced conveyancer while working a full caseload. She has held head of conveyancing positions for high street firms and senior management positions in large volume practices before taking up the position of legal director at Aconveyancing
Tom has had 35 years experience as a solicitor. He has held the position of CEO of our regulator, lectured in law, has been the compliance director of many significant law firms in the England and Wales.

Ben started his career as an estate agent and later becoming an IFA before moving into panel management, then conveyancing.
Ben has ran a variety of different businesses, however, conveyancing is where he has gained the majority of his experience building some of the largest conveyancing firms by volume in England and Wales.
