How we use your information
You have asked AConveyancing Limited (the Firm) to carry out the conveyancing legal services on the sale and or purchase of your new home. We are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) to carry out conveyancing.
We need some personal information from you, so we can do your conveyancing. This information will be used by us, and may need to be shared with other organisations in the conveyancing process. In sharing information about you we will follow the CLC rules about putting your interests first, and client confidentiality.
Using and sharing your personal information to carry out your conveyancing is called data processing. When carrying out data processing we will follow current data protection law.

- Loan Account Number
- Loan Redemption figures
- Land Registry Title Number
Which is used for the following purposes:
- Identity verification of clients, third party contributors of funds, and the source of purchase funds
- Identification of the owners, occupiers and people with an interest in the property, and adjoining owners
- Paying off existing mortgages and creating new mortgages
- Preparing the contract, transfer, Stamp Duty Land Tax form
- Carrying out property searches

We don’t transfer your information outside the EU
You have a right to complain about how we have used your information to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ICO
