We think that there is a dramatic need to change the way conveyancing firms think... all job adverts look the same! It is like you didn't know what being a property lawyer was??
With our law firm we would like you to join us as a professional, to work with us not for us, to be empowered to look after your clients, allowed to use you initiative.
You will work with and manage your own clients, but you aren't on your own. We are on a misson to change conveyancing, so you clients will be fully onboarded for you. Once complete you will be given a briefing document which will tell you all about the clients, their wants and needs, why they decided to move, information about their communication preferance, their ID and souce of funds and much more. The document will also give you information about the property, planning, road adoption, ... this is all to ensure you have everything you need to set the file up to succeed. You will also have full access to our support team where to can allocate any task, which is timed, updated and confirmed when done with the ability for you to rate their performance.
Our case management system, which is linked to mulitple inhouse designed apps is our single source of truth, it is AI backed but most importantly it is highly flexible. It won't dictate to you what you do, it has been designed as a tool to enable you to complete the transaction with freedom.. it has no 'next screens'!!
Oh and we have band 121's along with anything that looks like a form HR would make us complete! We would rather you take ownership over your role, what you need, when you need it.
