How to book an appointment:

• When you click the link you will be guided to our online diary system 
• It will ask if you would like to continue as a guest or if you have a Microsoft account you can also login here the choice is yours 
• You will then be directed to a booking page where you will be able to select either a phone call appointment or an online video call using the Microsoft TEAMS platform 
• You will then be presented with different times and dates to book a time
• Once you book the appointment the system will email you with a confirmation email / diary invite 
• The system will also email you with a reminder 30 mins before the appointment
