From the quote calculators at the bottom of this page you will be able to either send us a lead or generate quotes for your clients. We want to make this as easy as possible, however if you need any assistance then please don't hesitate to get hold of us, we are open until 7pm from Monday to Friday, either call, email or WhatsApp.

Good to know

If you are providing the quote in the company of the client, on the quote screen you can also use the functionality to complete all instruction forms, including uploading all guarantees / warranties which can save time. Our aim here is to work in partnership with you and give control

Once the case has been opened you and your client will be able to see the case in our online portal or mobile app, you will also receive email updates

Next steps

The full PDF estimate emailed to you will include clear 'next steps' for the client detailing what they will receive from us and what to do next along with access to moving guides. This is again to save time, handle expectations and ensure that all parties are aligned

If you need any help with a case, as a TAUK agent you have the ability to escalate the issue to a director of our firm. All directors are on the front line and all will be able to help you

Important Information:

All remortgage quotes have a £200 plus VAT referral fee included.
The quote tool will provide you with a conveyancing estimate, however you will also receive a full PDF of the quote via email after you have generated the quote which will include all details for the TAUK CRM.
All quotes generated will be contacted by our sales team unless you ask us not to which is a question during the quote generation process
Referral fees are paid to our agents on the following Monday after completion subject to;
- Receiving an invoice from you which can either be emailed to the lawyer or can be uploaded via the portal document management section
- Having a valid referral agreement signed

All cases are allocated to an individual lawyer who will have a direct dial and email address. Allocation will be done after all forms have been completed and both you and your client will receive an email confirming all details for the memo of sale
If you haven't used our services before you will receive an invite to the portal once the case has been opened along with details to how to download the app
