  • 1. What is conveyancing?

Conveyancing is the legal term for transferring ownership of property, whether you are buying or selling. When you make an offer on a property, the first question you’ll be asked is the name and contact details of your solicitor or licensed conveyancer.

Your conveyancer will handle contracts, offer legal advice, carry out local council searches, deal with the Land Registry and transfer the funds to pay for your property.

  • 2. How long will my case take to complete?

We don't rush through work. We work diligently on each case to ensure there is no room for error which we have found always leads to a smoother transaction and quicker completion.  On average, our cases take between 8-12 weeks to complete.
